• Check-in time is 4:00 PM or earlier if the cabin has been
  cleaned.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM
• A lock box with the key to your cabin is located by the front
  door.
• Your cabin is clean and stocked with towels, bed linens
  and starter supply of soaps and paper tissues. 
• We would advise taking a regular bar of soap or shower gel.
• You might want to take extra towels if you plan for any
  extra water activities such as white water rafting.
• Hot tubs are on the deck of the cabins.
  Whirlpool tubs are in the master bathroom with the
  exception of the Honeymoon cabin (it is located in the loft)
• The kitchen is supplied with basic equipment: range,
  refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, dishes.
• There is a washer & dryer in the cabin for your use.
• Iron and ironing boards are furnished.
• Telephone service in the cabins is free for local calls.
• The fireplace in the living room is wood burning.  Wood can
  be purchased at any of the nearby grocery and
  convenient stores.
• Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
• Hair dryers are not furnished.

Trolley Travel

There is a trolley stop just across the road from the entrance
to Bentwood Ridge Resort.  We recommend you consider trying
the Fun Time Trolleys.

The Fun Time Trolleys are the easiest and most affordable way
to get around Pigeon Forge.  Almost everything is located along
the six-lane, five-mile parkway.  Avoid the traffic, leave the car behind,
and ride to more than 100 stops throughout the city. 
Cost is a modest 50 to 75 cents, depending on the route.

Relax.. You can even take a trolley to Gatlinburg or to Dollywood.
You'll have no worries about parking.
